haiz... my sickness is back again .... i was fine on monday but when it come to tuesday and today i was coughing and coughing all day long and at first i was thinking of going out to buy something but because of the cough i decided to stay at home to rest and wait till the cough is gone.

enough of my sickness on monday mid-morning to afternoon i meet arif to go with me to CMPB to go for second time medical check up i was waiting for to see the same doctor as last time to see whether i can downgraded or remained the same when i was in the room i saw instead of one doctor plus one officer so after they check my leg and also ask me some question they told me that they will downgraded me to pes C althought last time they give me pes B is because of the xray they took the doctor told me the xray is fine that why i get pes B . i am so happy because i am being downgraded for my army from pes B to pes C that mean i from need to do all the excercise or training now i just need to do some of it only
